    This new layout is so confusing and just plain horrible. The idea you have to go back two pages just to see any new posts is ridiculous imo. Also why are posts here being altermatically posted over onto Twitter? If I wanted them there I'd post them there. Utterly ridiculous.

    Yes imo they are. I've read of some councils doing this and sadly succeeding.

    Can you make an appointment to see anyone at Citizens advice? You need to get a letter in before a month is up If you are to have an appeal accepted.

    I do hope you will write to you local MP and tell him how poorly UC is working in his area. The more people hear what a dreadful benefit it is the better imo.

    No, and you obviously know that already. But if the mod doesn't want this to become a shouting match then you have to rein certain troll posts in (which I've seen done many times before in the benefit advice section), and which is what I categorize post number two as being.

    Well dare I suggest maybe you could have just deleted that post to halt the usual cascade into idiocy/trolling. And to ad similar themed threads have survived being posted in the other section and have managed to avoid descend into a slanging match.

    But imo ANYTHING is better then the bunch of monsters we have now. The others can be useless, but I've never known a party so intent as the Tories have been to destroy a part of the population. A part who sadly have difficulty fighting back.
