HiyaIm sorry to jump on this thread but am unsure how to start a new one. I am in the process of srtting up a DMP but am having a few problems with payday lender MiniCredit!!I have requested no less than 6 times to cancel the Continuous Payment Authority via email and a letter sent recorded delivery however they are refusing to acknowledge the request without a signiture and alternative card details.I am aware that I am not obliged to give them alt card details and as they didnt require my signiture for the loan in the first place (therefore they have never seen it) I am dubious about giving it to them nowAny suggestions? Please help

Hi Ive emailed OFT again regarding the fact HFO sent me my credit report and that it detailed the names of the people currently on the electoral role of my old address where i havent lived for 5 yrs! I know they shouldnt be sending me the report in the first place but should they be sending me information that doesnt concern me??Thanks

Nope it didnt say anything about who it was sold to although I did request that information when I originally contacted them.I'll email OFT ASAP. I'll let you know any updates I get. Fingers crossed HFO will keep their distance.

The OFT asked me to sign something to say that I consented to my info being used as evidence towards complaints being made about HFO. CITI sent a load of info which I have filed away as I had not heard from HFO. HFO have not sent any of the requested information nor have they responded to my complaint. What do you suggest I do now?Many Thanks

Hello, I sent a recorded letter to HFO on 11th February re-requesting all the information I had requested in my previous letters inc all T&C's and Notice Of Assingment. They did not reply. I have now received another letter from them demanding payment within 3 days and they have attached information about court appointed bailiffs. Is there another letter I could send them? Once again Im starting to worry. Thank you for your help

I have requested the SAR and Notice of Assignment. I am awaiting the info. Yes I woukld've signed the document and the signiture is mine. I shall now just wait and see what arrives next.

I asked HFO to basically send me everything surrounding the debt inc t&c's and statements etc. As its an old debt I do not have any of the original documents myself and cant remember what the original documents looked like. HFO only sent me what you have seen. The date thats written under my signiture isnt my handwritting but i suppose this is irrelevent. What should I do next? Thank you
