hi im new to this, i recently got a new cooker through homebuy ltd and it was installed by hotpoint on 17/11/10, but on the 25/11/10 i had to get Northern Gas Works out as i had a strong smell of gas. When they came out they condemned my brand new cooker as there is a big gas leak on the pipe that is connected to the back of the cooker. I have had no cooker since 25/11/10 and i have 4 children but i am unsure whose responsibility it is for fixing it and are they allowed to leave me without any cooking facilities.
Any help would be grateful.
