Unfortunatly in my hast I've not given the full details and fear I'm wasting your time ! (Apologies) The reason I had the loan car is that our company car's are leased from them as mine was in for service, therefore canceling a card is not an option (although a very good one). I really am fighting a loosing battle here and fear the £50 is going to these thieves and not my kids Chrimsmas ! I do appreciate all the advice mind !!

Asking the hire company not to pay is probably going to be my biggest challenge , I know they won't want to get involved in anything legal and you know they won't want to make their job any harder !?! Do you think that ukpc would deal with me direct, I will happily tell them that I was the driver and face them head on myself ??

UKPC HELP Today I was out doing the usual and pulled into a car park, I proceeded to lock my car and walk to find a ticket machine to display for the FREE FOR THE FIRST 2 HOURS CAR PARK ! When getting back to my car I found a nice yellow sticker on the screen with a fine of £50, the best thing is that on the ticket it states car first viewed at 14:51 and ticket issued at 14:51 that must be some sort of record. The big problem is that it was a loan car and I fear that when I appeal I will get no correspondace back as I'm not the registered keeper ! Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated in how to deal with these pirates !
