HSBC have been charging me £25 for going over my £300 overdraft by as little as £1.94 which was corrected the same day. I am a student and have little income. I have been charged 4 times in the last 6 months all for trivial amounts. I have written to HSBC explaining my situation and that I thought the charges were disproportionate but received a letter back saying it had be thoroughly investigated and that the charges were fair. Do I have a case here for unfair charges or should I just drop it? Many thanks (in advance)
