  1. i suffer from back in the last weeks. my doctor told me that i just have to do more sports. so now i want to strengthen my musculature of trunk. a good friend told me that suspension training is a good possibility to improve my situation. have you got any experiences concerning suspension trainers and would you recommend it? if u dont know suspension training, you can visit sling-yourhook.com thank you for your help, tommy
