  1. Hi, I'm a new member and hope someone might be able to help me. A few months ago I had a new kitchen installed by a small company which holds a franchise from a larger manufacturer. There were several problems during installation but all eventually resolved. The shock came in the form of the extras bill. Despite being unhappy with it we decided to pay in full to end it all. We were also kicking ourselves as we had not pinned the installers down specifically on every aspect of the job beforehand so felt we did not have a leg to stand on.
