  1. Hi caggers, wonder if anyone can help me, ive just started renting a property. (yesterday) I need to sort out the gas, electric, water and council tax (council tax paid up until 01/08/15) I've never done this before. Do i simply go on a comparison website and find the cheapest quote? also is fixed rate better and do i need to know current readings? your advices would be very much appreciated

  5. All charges are since 2009 – I had discounted letters from Moorcroft last year but just ignored them.

I have received a letter from Robinson way for a Natwest overdraft I had, the overdraft was 2500 but they are asking for 3800, this debt has been passed around for over 12 months with 2 different DCA’s prior to Robinson way. I tend to CCA request them and it gets moved on. I would like to know if there is any charges on overdrafts that can be reclaimed and the best way to move forward with this…

  11. Hi, they are asking for £3,800 and the overdraft was £2,000 I got the overdraft around 8 years ago and i have not received a discount letter. im not sure what you mean by how name is against the debt?
  12. the account was passed to moorcroft around october 2010 and yes it does show on the cra file,
  13. advice would be much appreciated, i had an overdraft with Natwest and this went to default, It then went to moorcroft who after a CCA request i didn't hear anything, received a letter from AIC a few months ago and CCA'd them who told me to write to RBS and get the information, i do know of this debt but just not happy with the amount they are asking due to interest and charges applied! its now been about 2 months and i have heard nothing. what would be the best thing to do now? thanks in advance

Hi Caggers, have a big issue with lending stream, took out a loan in October 2010 of £400 made a few of there monthly payments and defaulted, i constantly tried to get a payment plan but had no success, I didn't hear anything for a good 8 months and in October 2011 looked at my account and found i was overdrawn by £170 which lending stream had taken, lending stream have had a total £520 in 8 payments including the £170 today i have received and e-mail from Credit Resource Solutions Ltd saying that i owe £499 to lending stream, I was completely fuming and made the bad decision of calling them, i told them that lending stream and themselves can sing and dance as much as they want but not receive another dime from me, what would your advice be? would they take this to court? thanks in advance
