dear sir/madam, my wife works as a senior care assistant ,each week she can work different nights each week. what time scale are they suppose to have with the working time sheets,when i used to work for Morrison we all ways had the time sheet least a four weeks ahead. is this cover by law at all. Hi back on the 4th of October i was suspended from work following a number of alleged irregular transactions ,i was told it would be for 7days . couple of days later i received a letter from work saying that they expect my suspension to be until 18th now. i have a week holiday booked at the end of the month and have been told that if i am allowed back to work,i would lose this holiday ! can they do this ,change the length of suspension like this and try and stop me from taking the holiday ? thanks guys
