  1. Not sure if this is posted in the correct forum! I've recently suffered a death in my family which along with my job which is demanding and stressful and has now pushed me over the edge. I’ve been absent from work for 11 weeks. I've been diagnosed with mild to severe depression and post traumatic stress disorder by my GP and a private psychiatrist. I was asked by my employer to attend an OH meeting which they had arranged for me. I had no problems with this as I see this as my employer is trying to understand my illness. At the start of the appointment with a qualified doctor I was asked to sign a consent for which enabled OC to contact my GP if needed, having nothing to hide I’m quite happy with this. I was also asked to sign another document which was a consent for OH to forward their finding to my HR and then to my line manager. The option was to see the report before my employer, at the same time or after my employer. I selected the first option to see the report before. I was advised I would receive the report within 7 working days. I never got a copy of this report until I contacted OH 14 working days later. I was sent a copy of the report but my employer had received it before me. I see this as a complete disregard of my personal data, would I be correct in thinking OH are in breach of DPA? Many thanks
