  1. I indulged in some internet shopping this evening using my Lloyds Account. After trying to process my order my card was declined at checkout due to security.... I set up the clicksafe security feature that Lloyds use for online banking and started again. I tried three times and each time i received an error message telling me the payment had failed......... I gave up then checked my order history on clicksafe..... 3 equal payments to River Island. I phoned my bank to confirm whether the payments had come out or not and they had. I have received no confirmation of the order from River Island wh
