  1. Hi I could really do with some advice! There is a mesher order on my house so that myself and my children could remain in the property after my divorse. My ex is therefore still on the morgage and deeds but only has a monetry interest in the property of 40% of the equity which I only have to pay him if I remarry, sell, come into some money or when my youngest turns 18. At the moment that amount would be between 8 - 10 thousand. Its bad enough I will have to pay this to him at some point as I havent had child maintenance from him for 4 years as he does not work and relies on family to keep him going. I have found out that he is on the brink of going bankrupt due to having combined debts of about 25 thousand. Could my house still be reposessed despite having the mesher order on it. I am so worried and scared as obviously this is my childrens home and I have worked so hard to keep it and solely provide for my children for the last 4 years without getting into debt myself. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Rachel
