  1. I recently had a towbar fitted to my 3 year old Ford S-max, by a Ford dealer using Ford parts. Two days later I attached my bike carrier to the towbar and the ESP warning light came on, and has been on ever since. Came back from holiday and had a flat battery a week later. Car went to garage with ESP and battery fault and came back with a new battery, and no fix for the ESP, although I know this is reprogrammed as part of the Towbar fitting. Two weeks later and the new battery is flat and the car is back in the garage (so I didn't need a new battery). My question is what are my rights her
