  1. I personnally took the meter readings when I first moved and called them (the supplier) on the phone. I was told someone will get back to me. After the first 3-months, no response and no bills. I decided to call them again, and they responded saying they want to sort out the post code of my address. Thereafter, I was worried and decided to find out which supplier responsible for the billing. The 2-suppliers i called said they are not. Since then, I did not see anybody coming to take meter readings, and i did not receive bills either. Also, when I moved i found a lot of old letters belonging to previous tenants but Bill letters were not among for comfirmation of the supplier. Thanks
  2. I was not given meter readings before and after, and meter readings were not taken throughout the duration. No bills were sent to either me (with my name) or "the Occupier". Thanks for your response.
  3. I recently received a call from a Utilities Debt Service for E-On asking me to pay £1500-plus for Bills incurred in my old rented apartment. I stayed in the apartment between 2007 and 2008 for 12months and during my stay i did not receive any bills and now asking me to pay. Please, can anyboby advice? Thank you.
