Hi Guys I thought I would run this by you to see what you think,l had to leave work due to ill health and disability,I have been told that there is no chance of me returning to work and I owed money to a credit card and store cards unfortunately I cant afford to repay them and lowell/red have been in touch with all the usual threats,now what I am wondering I dont own any property I am single dont have much worth selling,so should I just tell them to get stuffed and take me to court,what are your thoughts. Hi maroondevo52 thank you for the info, the bank charges are no problem, I was just worried that they could latch onto my benefits as with what I have to pay out there is not a lot to pay off my creditors and as I don't own property or have any other collateral that's all there is for them to take, so thank you for your reply

Hi how do you start a new thread I want to find out if a dept firm can go to court and take money off your income support Im disabled and had to leave work due to health problems I don't have any assets and live in a housing association flat and try to get by on income support so any advice would be welcomed

Hi I have been receiving letters from Lowel/Red about a debt they say that I owe to a warehouse company I wrote back saying that I do not know this company or acknowledge any dept and could they please send the original credit agreement they have wrote back saying that there is no credit agreement because of the length of time but that they can confirm that I did make payment to this company, so what do I do next with them
