On a recent visit to my branch, the cashier asked if I would like to upgrade my account, when i said no,the cashier said that in the near future step account users would only be able to use Natwest Atm's? Is this true?,or just silly attempt by a Natwest employee to get me to pay£ 6.95 a month? and if it was,are branch staff given a bonus for customers they refer?

  9. I was a postman for 10 years and i my experience December was always pretty quiet for mail(Managers at the distribution centres would hold Mailsort items for a month).January was always busy, I've nothing but sympathy for your average postie,Royal Mail's senior management however are worse than useless, they have insisted in making changes to delivery/sorting systems during what is traditionally the busiest time of the year, and coupled with the worst weather conditions Britain has seen for a while, then I suppose you could see the reasons for a backlog!
  10. No,and on my email I gave my name and my number but i don't think they believe me.
  11. Hi I wondered if anyone can give me any advice when dealing with the above set of clowns. A couple of months ago I started receiving calls for a Mr Wilson every time these people called I would tell them they had the wrong number, they would then ask my name ,which i refused to give(because they would never tell me who i was dealing with),someone suggested registering with the T.P.S. which i did and the calls continued. After a month of these calls,(6-8 calls a day) I emailed one of template letters from here and the calls stopped....... Now this evening I've received 3 calls this time chasing a Mr poupolopolus(or something like that),,maybe they feel that I'm Mr Wilson ****ing about any Ideas?
