  1. Hi there, I'm hoping you can help. I had emails, receipts, confirmation of monies owed to me by husband, who we have seperated but he was still living with me. , I got fed up with waiting for him to repay me for the car and bike his household bills from previous property and the wedding we had. So after sending all the letters, emails etc asking for payment then stupidly went on holiday for him to sort it out before I got back. On Thursday I had a strange call off him saying he was sorry etc and hung up. I couldn't get hold of him again, being stuck abroad I thought, well I've given you three months warning for payment I'm issuing a CCJ, I did this and sent him a text/email to say I had given him a enough chances and I was no longer prepared to wait. I issued the judgement and then later that day my neighbour ran me to say he handed in the keys to the flat. My question is, the CCJ was issued to the address he was sharing with me, now he has gone I have no forwarding address. I am wondering what I should do now, as I have done it correctly as in issuing the CCJ at the last known address. When I got home he has taken all the records and evidence of the payments owed to me. The last thing I want is for him to go to court and have this set aside. Please help
