  7. 8. Here is what ive written out im not very good with things like this but is this ok to use thank you This is my defence against arrow global limited over M&S store card. In October 2001 i was in my local Marks and Spencer's store when i picked up an application form offering a Marks and Spencer Chargecard or Budgetcard,i filled it out at home and posted it to Mark and Spenser's financial services. My application was successful and i received the store card.Sometime after this my store card was upgraded to a credit card (which i did not sign an agreement for ) - i continued paying the amount owned on this until i ran into financial difficulties. On 25-04-2011 i was issued a default notice from M&S however this is defective as they have failed to specify an actual date DD/MM/YY. The CCA request i sent to M&S came back to me primarily as an application form for Marks and Spencer Chargecard or budgetcard and further fails in it's compliance to s60(1) of the CCA act 1974. It contains no prescribed terms to represent the credit card also the terms and conditions are not part of the signed document, they don't fit onto it because what i signed had to be posted back-if you look along the bottom it says "moisten and seal" then the two edges folded over.
  9. I would rather not - as someone could be reading it from arrow global etc. thank you
  10. I have wrote my defence down would someone be able to have a read of it and see if its ok to send please by inbox thank you Maureen
