  1. Thanks for your replies. I still have the cheque, but because I have instructed the Claims Financial to write to them. I need to write to Claims Financial to stop representing and will send another letter directly to them to pursue the PPI claims. Thanks I really appreciate your help
  2. About 3 months ago I instructed Claims Financial to act for 3 PPIs. I got a letter from Nat West that they would not pay the compensation. The second company was Southwark Credit Union, about two weeks ago I got an invoice from Claims Financial that the information I gave them was not correct therefore they attached an invoice of £129 to be paid by me. Since then they have been calling me on the phone, texting and emailing chasing me for money. I wrote to them to explain where they got it wrong, I wrote Southwark Credit Union on the PPI form sent to me but they have been writing HS

  4. GE Money took us to court also. We attended and explained to the Judge how much extra we can pay. There was a suspended possession on our house the house was not repossessed as threatened. Make sure you arrive before hearing and speak to the Duty Solicitor - they are always in court to represent from Legal Service Commission to represent free of charge, explain your situation. Do not panic. All will be well
