    Hi again guys do you think i should just send the sar request to hfo has the postal order is made out for barclaycard not hfo.

    I am thinking that barclaycard just dont want to supply this information to me,for some strange reason its outrageous all i am tring to do is defend myself if it ever went to court.

    hi donkey b i have recordings from barclaycard saying that roxenburge own the debt if that would help me in anyway,i also have a recording of hfo has well reguard there are going to freeze all my 3 active bank accounts,i have downloaded them to my pc so i guess i could put them on a cdr .

    Just an update i phoned 0844-811-9111 got through to barclaycard and there said due to the account been so old there cant change my address.there said i can only request a sar though roxenburg limited which we all know is hfo. And barclaycard will forward the sar request to hfo to send direct to me . But what i am worried about is hfo might use the £10 has a payment off the debt to keep the debt running.instead of sending me my sar. So i am puzzled ! ! !

    hi guys just trying phoneing barclaycard and the 0800 is dead. Sorry that i have been offline been working and back at work tonight just trying to get things sorted.

    So what do i do now guys, there returned the £10 postal order with the letter. Can i cash the postal order if its no good to barclaycard.

    Hi guys just had a letter from barclaycard saying... Data protection ac-subject access request dear sir/madam i write to your recent request for information under the data protection act of 1998. Unfortunately we are unable to comply with your request for as the address details provided in your letter do not match those in our records.please inform your client to concact barclaycard customer services in order to update their personal details. Once details have been updated,please return with an up-to-date authority if necessary and we will be happy to proceed with your request. Yours sincerely barclaycard customer services

    Also caggers just read an update of my credit report and the creditors who cccs are dealing with on my credit report it says payment arrangement. Hfo still says a default on my report so due to my calculation if cccs did set up a payment arrangement with them wouldnt it say that on my credit report. All it says from hfo is defaulted in august 2005 ..... I hate hfo i wish someone will close them down....

    well think of it it donkeyb there suppled me a appicationform with false details on and the date of birth was wrong on the appication form....

    Hi guys just been on equifax to get a up to date credit report and an upto date default infomation was on my report,do you think i should report them to equifax,has i belive its false infomation there giving to the credit agencys

    Tracked the letter to hfo and the sar request to barclaycard,and both of them was delivered on 5th november just wait for the replys to come back now.

    Just tracked the letters with royalmail. Hfo received there letter on the 5th november also barclaycard received the sar request on the 5th november. Just wait for the replys now.

    lol did hfo send you a crap photocopy of an appication form.

    Just paid £15 out these last two days on a sar and postage,its outrageous for a 7 year old debt.

    Just sent the letter to hfo what coledog,requested i should send to them ive sent it 1st class recorded delivery.

    Today i have just received a letter from hfo saying i have defaulted on my payment arrangement and i must concact them has soon as possible to void any futher charges, and any further action made against me. I am not aware of any payment arrangement being set up by myself, all i can think is cccs must of made a payment arrangement with them before i told cccs to take hfo off my creditors list. So just confused what to do next ! ! !

    hi again coledog i requested a cca about 2 and half months ago from hfo and there just sent me a copy of a appication form,with not my hand writeing on and it has the wrong date of birth on the appication.and its also not my signature. On the letter it just says heres the documents you requested please contact your debt manager .there never sent any infomation on these payments there said there received in january 2007.i did ask for the evidence but never received anything reguard this.
