  1. iD mobile ... Took out contract Nov 3th 2021... Week later had returned to curry's Carphone Warehouse as signal non existent etc . They tested phone it had Bluetooth faults . got receipt to show had been to tell them of issues well within period of cancellation. they talked me into trying new phone .... As it was first week thought give a go . I'm disabled need phone when out for obvious reasons, signal just up down calls dropped out then had to redial . People calling me getting line dead tone . Echoing on calls . repeat of conversation coming back over while talking . Their 5g was constantly changing on phone to 4g then back like a yoyo so that was useless to . Anyhow long story short . Complaint went in . After going through all sorts of hell . changed sim. no difference . they put onus on me to give them number that got disconnected which they could see on bills were redialled . only later to tell ombudsman this was me using phone a lot ..... Yep lied there ... After three months back forth said 3 told them there is no issue so get on with it we not releasing contract as it's unfit for purpose as I put it to them and not as described etc . They told use my wifi at home even though explained vulnerable and it was outside it was just useless away from wifi . All my calls were made on my home wifi . I put it to them . If I say I'm having fab time in Florida does not mean I'm actually there does it and why would 3 mobile say there is no issue as its not as if they have vested interest on iD mobiles issues hey. that ended with phone hung up on me ... They constantly texted me on saying unable to contact you on phone please call us at your convenience to discuss matters everytime . they online only mind only calls were complaints if they didn't hang up which most said get on with it . Lied to ombudsman services about list of calls that dropped and I had to buy another sim off another provider to be safe out of home which they laughed at me on phone and said take us to court after ombudsman refused to reopen case even though I had witness statements as to the absolute useless line and service I got . wife gave statement as to dead line but ombudsman took the 3 said it was all good . Ombudsman was very rude and arrogant telling me I should have looked up signal strength etc before taking out contract . totally ignored fact I proved returned within first week and only acknowledged that they acted very wrongly hanging up etc . Recorded some calls screenshots of convos etc... I am at a loss as to where now as they arrogantly told me take us to court then .... They honestly are worst people I've ever dealt with, actually no SSE are that another one coming soon ... Anyone else had serious issues in South Wales or anywhere from iD mobile and can anyone help me in is there anything I can throw at them regarding getting contract cancelled on unfit for purpose and not as described grounds. legal wise cannot find anyone to take them on unless I pay mortgage size money which absolutely cannot do . I'm paying them manually each month as they took near on month and half out of the bank after changing date for DD in first month of three days difference, not once did they tell me or give the DD regulated min 9 days of variation of amounts , was 39.99 they took 51.00 which is lot more than three day difference and refused to give me reason to breach DD other than it's what we do ... Honestly list is endless .. Any ideas guys on getting away from these paying for something I cannot use and they even refused to give me breakdown of phone cost to their service as I offered to buy phone off them when they arrogantly said the company won't let this loss go without fight and they will fight they told me on phone . Which I replied tell me how much for phone then there is no loss ... They cannot apparently tell me costings .... I can see why they went under in Ireland if they operate like this . Also it funny I'm vulnerable and line is of no use to me Really angry indeed. SSE just quickly touch I will be posting when can. Got them recorded on phone after breaching DD like iD did telling me that by cancelling my DD I broke the law and waffled off some law nonsense . Was second person in their collection to script same illegal thing Yep that's a corker .Will raise few eyebrow. ombudsman said 75 quid credit and credit file put right . took me four months hour each time 50 plus hours to get complaint through them . told ombuds no way as wanted me to drop it all for that credit with no changes in place as someone mentally ill would have crisis on threats, in credit but harassed by debt collection . ombuds serv can't do nothing about that . need solicitor to take up with this to . not my fee months to be fair had absolute stress and all not my doing ...
  2. Hey guys . Amazon after 10 years wiped all my reviews and accused me of knowing sellers biased etv . ....absolutely disgusted at this .... Reviews i dont care about them accusing me i do reviews only help other people i use reviews to assess goods before i buy .... I have phoned- got mocked emailed to start complaint - they refused to take complaint or start procedures … Anyone got any ideas ombudsman it will be i think they really have nowhere to complain and mock you and ignore emails when tell them you want to.. Ive cancelled my prime and in process of asking for money back for all my devices bought off them too... really am appalled by their refusal and above the laws attitude they have an obligation to give me a reference for my complaint etc.... What you guys think anyone else had this problem with them ? Any ideas of contacts for Amazon that will actually listen ? At a loss and ombudsman im sure will see they ignored my complaining emails sent etc within acct asking .. ..been fobbed off usually someone get back to you no aknowledgement of complaint … Thanks guys in advance … .And NO im not biased nor do i know their sellers - lots of stuff from China … .was about to buy a couple of bits off them and other products when noticed what they did..... Annoyed miffed and want answers off them at very least appology.... looking about they have done this to lots of people just lost for words how they treated me over have asked what they based it on also ignored .. .they have no reason to do this as i literally done nothing wrong ...

They have had a reply from me pointing out that they made their decision based on handset ability to charge me so ive asked them why they feel it cant comment on same handset ability when ive asked proof of this.... Any ideas on where i can go after this im not settling until i get resolve either way .....I might even pay their office a visit ....
  4. Hi Ive recently found that EE been charging me for pic messages for long texts. Had it happen before sorted it with EE repaid me for them and told me they would block it from happenning again... That was last year .. Noticed again it happenning so contacted to ask EE why it still happening.. ..they then blamed my phone and its apparently on their website that Samsung modeks and i phone change texts to MMS or pic message after 160 character i now know. Complained and had deadlock within 15 mins on chat with EE ..... Ombudsman say EE offer to refund and add extras as in pic messages to contract to cover it in future which i refused on grounds they did not resolve from last year abd it should be everyone getting this as they are charging for sonething you not using... Ombudsman used the handset as being the reason for being charged for pic message not text and upheld for EE. ...I then asked for proof its handset as surely if it handset then it could possibly say a phone call was not that but booking a holiday ???? Phones do not decide what EE charge you EE do.... Ombudsman then replied they cannot comment on handset abilities as not in their remit ... I put complaint into ombudsman based on they decided in EE favour based on handset abilities but cannot all of a sudden as it not in their remit ???? Been to and fro for while now they cannot see im being charged for something im not using they also cannot seem to see the fact they base decision on handset doing the issue but cant say anything about handset when i questioned them... As EE have fobbed me off first time around and continued to charge me for pic messages i wanted outcome of contract cancelled no further charge to myself which is 13 months into 18 month contract .....also refund of all charges ... Im not getting any of that even with outcome they offered to settle with as a gesture of goodwill mind i would have been out of pocket still for their wrongful charges... Do not know where to turn now other than legal ... Anyone else had same issues please do tell or of using iphones or samsungs on EE see on your bills check check and check again..... Ombudsman im afraid are a massive let down here totally not impartial in thus case in my opinion.... Anyone got any ideas i can use now to contact EE higher up than their exec suite that seem to be all you can get to .....gotta be higher level to speak to .... Im not convinced phone charge you for use either surely its server side they see what you use ? Any help would be appreciated want to try get better outcome before legal side Thanks in advance

Hi can anyone please help me find out or know if the contract between Capita and DWP mean they have to use medically trained personnel or at least be GMC registered at minimum as they are asking me to go for a medical assessment for pip which i applied for in november 2013, yes long time to wait hey ........ I have sent in a complaint to Capita as i asked them if they provide GMC registered people for this and they said no , when i questioned about the contract some other person rang me said they did not have to be medically trained in any way or registered with GMC for medical assessment, I asked them for that in writing and they sent my case back to DWP saying i refused to co operate, have put a complaint in waiting for reply and their stance on the situation. If anyone knows anything about this then please let me know as i remember that with ATOS they did have to use GMC at a minimum. Also while i remember they also refused a recorded interview and said they do not have to agree with that also........... Anyone also have any idea of whom in the DWP i send a complaint in writing to thgem as they ignored my phone effort of starting a complaint and some case manager or succh rang me and said they would not take the complaint any further so i am going to put it in writing as im guessing they dont want the time frame my aplication has taken being put into them as a complaint..... Well i applied in june 2013 for my PIP was getting dla at higher rates until then , have had nothing since and this week being jan 2015 been called for an assessment by Capita, wonder if they will back date that far then? Anyone know the complaint address for dwp as i think its taking the pee pee a bit the lengh of time.......

  9. That's very useful information to know , about time if become a criminal matter as its is misleading and in a way fraudulent. Suppose it could also fall into the theft by deception side to if proved...
  10. Yes luckily I managed to get most sorted ....Want people to know that's all what they are about and to try and minimise it happening to anyone else.......... Anyone out there whom don't know , any protection for your item regarding internet , most providers have their own type of protection available so if you are not certain about this matter then call them direct to discuss......If anyone calls saying you have viruses ect then it is 99 per cent going to be a dodgy.
  11. Hi all , just a quick message to all about this company called PC Protect... They telephoned my elderly mum at 8 am one morning recently and led her to believe they were talk talk. The worst bit is that they told her they were going to drop her broadband bill by a few quid, (broadband is free from talktalk). Long story short they had her bank details and set up a direct debit for 30 quid a month for PC Protect, they have a website, they even have a company number which is registered as :08958993, their office phone number is 03335771999 don't bother trying to ring it they it goes dead on the line after two rings/........... My research I have done shows them as a relatively new company, 5 months old and its run by Daniel and Sam Young, sales director Gareth Knapp. This would seem a sales tactic they use and please please anyone whom has elderly relatives or vulnerable whom use talk talk then warn them of it. Talktalk have assured me on the phone they DO NOT call about payments or money matters over phone at all and only in writing...... Wouldn't like to say on here what I would like to do with them , direct debit had been cancelled now and waiting for them to phone again which apparently they do demanding money owed ....... Also they are based in UK it would seem........Unit d4, Terrace road, Bournmouth, Dorset. EH2 5NP..... Beware they are acting in a manner that is misleading and im pretty sure against quite a few regulations and rules of certain acts ect..... Anyone else have any issues with them let us all know please......

Well it would seem the dwp already using diff people as I have had a letter from capita for an application for PIP which I haven't even filled in,,,,,,,,,start as they mean to go on hey .......... ATOS shouldn't be allowed to opt out they should be disgraced out simple as and should be made pay back all the money of the people they lied and cheated out of benefits that they rightly deserved , then they should be made pay tax on top ....this will make whomever takes over from them think twice on the money making [problem] they had...... Good news though guys and gals, wish I could have come ....
  13. Unlicensed or licensed........ Anyone can arrest anyone whom has committed an offence ......... As an ex Sia doorman and security guard i can tell you now with no reasonable doubt that just because you set an alarm off no one except a police officer has the right to detain stop and search you........ If you have and only if you have as a citizen seen selection and concealment of an item or items then made no reasonable effort to pay for the item then as soon as you leave the exit you have committed theft ..... then security have the right to detain you on suspicion of theft only and caution you under pace act......... If an sia guard stopped you without evidence as above it can be and would be false arrest and assault if they touch you ........ .complaint to sia would more or less have their license revoked .. .have seen it happen in the field as well as the person whom was detained paid quite a sum in compo for the assault and false detention ect security guard could end up with criminal offense ..... .... Unless things have changed then supermarkets security have no rights to stop you or detain you unless they are 100 per cent sure they have gone throught the processes above..... .first thing a police officer will ask them is who saw what just saying the alarm sounded in a public place could make some officer turn the book on them for waste of police time..... .
  14. Yeah i understand the dla being different was just saying just my bloomin luck it will stop ... ...... ESA on the otherhand with regards to wrong group ......had MP involved on it ect ect nothing came of it but a measly appology from Atos and a 250 quid offer of payment .....but they wouldnt accept blame and money was offered as other. .......disgrace Couldnt get appeal going as was too late once realised even though Mp tried ..... Just hope i dont stay ill waiting for third operation and defo csnnot work still recovering from first two on my spine ...
  15. Thanks for promt reply . So it is true then , if i am ill for rest of my life which i hope im not , i cannot claim contribution based ESA again. ........ Cannot get income related as my partner works more than 24 hours .......bloomin marvelous ..... Bet my dla will get stopped next ....
