  1. Hiya! Michael Browne put this fantastic thread together, that should have all the answers you are looking for: http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/site-questions-suggestions/53182-cant-find-what-youre.html
  2. Hiya and welcome Firstly start by reading the f.a.q's and some of the threads Take your time to acquaint yourself with the whole procedure, we are all here to help and will do so gladly, but for your own sake you need to know what you are doing. Hope this helps, and as I said feel free to ask anything you arent sure about Hope this helps.
  3. They have 40 days in which to reply They may take less but its doubtful They are in default if they take more.
  4. Bugaboo = Babies buggy expensive one at that !
  5. six years Toffo I can't help but feel you are rushing head long into this! Please, please spend some time reading the F.A.Q.'s before you start, then read some threads, the more you read the more you will understand and the easier the process will seem. Though its unlikely your claim will ever get into court, you do NEED to know that its a possibility and be confident enough to go as far as it takes. You will only gain this confidence from doing some ground work.
  6. To prove to the courts that you have acted correctly and given the bank ample chance to respond, you MUST follow the timescales! Please, for your own sake don't mess with the tried and tested process -------- it works. Sending the preliminary only adds two weeks to the length of the claim, you would hate to have your claim thrown out of court for the sake of such a short length of time eh?!
  7. Yea two weeks have elapsed, so move onto your lba good luck!
  8. Make it out to Vodafone If its wrong Im sure they will let you know!
  9. That comment is another standard comment, made in the hopes, you will panic and accept their paultry offer. Ignore it and carry on! good luck!
  10. My vote goes to Lowell finance, aka, capt 1 aka Hamptons for total disregard of cca requests, and continuously harrassing and bullying over debts that are in dispute.
  11. Hello and welcome Choco! Any problems you can't solve using the f.a.q.'s just shout, someone is always willing to help good luck!
  12. HSBC BANK PLC 8 CANADA SQUARE LONDON E14 5HQ Is the registered address good luck!
  13. Whilst not obligatory, it is adviced to send the court a copy of your schedule. Send it to the Northampton county court and mark it by way of service. I wouldnt worry about sending the banks another copy, they have had their chance! hope this helps.
  14. Hiya Don't panic, you are going into the final stages! You need to either file via the N1 form which is here: http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/844-n1-claims-form-pdf.html or you can do it online via Mcol: https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/csmco2/index.jsp If you need any help filing the forms in just give us a shout! hope this helps
  15. Hiya By my calculations the twelve working days plus one calandar month isnt up until the 4th Feb (bear in mind there were several bank holidays in December!) Personally I would continue making payments up until that date. Hope this helps
  16. Yea thanks for that Zubo, I also fly the cca flag whenever opportune, but in this case, its not really relevant as I have the true signed copies of all the agreements. They were included in the S.A.R. but thanks anyway.

  20. 11.10.02 optional payment protection insurance 226.45 healthcare 130.00 apr 72.9% (still owed 1248.43 on the 06.02.03, when new loan was taken to settle) optional payment protection insurance 436.38 healthcare 150.00 apr 47.30% (still owed 1165.90 on loan and 668.19 on car loan on the 19.05.05 when new loan was taken to settle and to replace the car we had bought with the car loan that got written off!) optional payment protection 1261.78 lifecare 24 175.00 apr 44.10% I dont know if it makes any difference, but they used my tax credit payments to calculate how much we could afford to pay, despite me saying that they could change before the end of the loan as my eldest dependant child would be leaving education.
  21. one loan was to consolidate the other then the loan outstanding consolidated that loan and paid off the remainder of the car loan. Yes the ppi was added to make the total of the loan. There is a mahooosive pile of papers included in the sar and it may aswell be written in Japanese for all I understand!
  22. Thanks Ian I have had my SAR back for a couple of weeks, the only thing I cant find is a car loan agreement for a car that was paid off about eighteen months ago. I have repeatedly asked for ALL the information, but Welcome Finance insist that I have it all and looking through the welcome threads, I see that the car loan agreements never come to light! I seem to remember that although I was paying welcome the finance orginally came from somewhere called something like White Chapel. However I do have three agreements (2 settled, 1 current) and all the paperwork that they came with. I also have the maths ability of a retarded goldfish so your offer of help is very much appreciated!
