  1. Hi I'm just about to make a claim on my Barclays mobile insurance that I got with my current account. I've heard quite a few bad things about these types of claims with Barclays (i.e. them trying to wriggle their way out). Just wondered if anyone had any experiences to share? I dropped my phone in water, it says accidental damage is covered but there are clauses that state that they do not cover the phone if it has "Loss, theft, damage, or breakdown arising out of any wilful act or negligence of the user of the phone" or any electrical or mechanical damage caused by "Any breakdown or failure caused by placing or using the phone in a location or environment not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions." Grateful for any experiences others would be happy to share, Thank you
  2. Yes, but the badge is valid (date etc). The Civil Enforcement officer said it was a duplicate and therefore not valid. Thanks
  3. Hi there I just received a parking ticket (87: parking in disabled persons parking space without displaying a valid disabled badge). However my badge was on display and the warden said that it was not valid because it is a "duplicate". I am confused. I imagine it says duplicate because the first one they sent me was lost/stolen in the post and they sent a second one a few weeks later. Can anyone suggest why I may of got this ticket or had a similar experience? Thanks Carol
