Hello, I had a car reposessed in November 2004 and the default notice was issued then, After no contact for nearly 6 years Link finacial have started to chase the debt on behalf of GE capit. I have requested a CCA and have not acknowledged the debt as being enforcable unntil proof of default etc recieved is there any thing else I should do as this come so close to the 6 years.
