I bought a Racoon30 Orange contract in Oct 2009. With the contract, I received 2 months free unlimited evening Internet access. But after 2 months they kept charging me for it for 6 months. I contacted their CC dept and they told me that I signed-up for it and I should have cancelled. I checked all my sales invoice and letters from Orange, and no-where it says that I signed-up for it. When I asked for refund, they told me that they sent me a text message in the beginning of the contract, which I do not remember receiving. But even if they sent me a text, why the **** they kept the service active, when literally I didnt signed-up for it. So as a consumer, I didnt signed up for it, I didnt used it, but still got charged fiver every month. I want my money back. Can anyone suggest me how to make a claim. I am prepared to file a case in court against Orange for such a rip-off.
