  4. I think I've read the Orange response team is only three? Can see them having their work cut out. Which doesn't help us of course. I'm stuck without a phone until my issue is resolved; it's ridiculous they don't have a number you can phone. But Orange is not alone in this practise of only handling complaints via letter/e-mail. Do I need a reference number from the Orange customer response team before they will acknowledge my complaint?
  5. Hi Darren, Could you please look into my complaint also? I recently got back from a trip abroad to find my phone barred and a bill for £300. Rather than go into details on the forum, could you please provide me with a reference number with which I could contact you. Thanks.
