Is there anyone out there that can tell me if they can do this ?

No because it is a secured loan it wasn't included. They were fly enough to Sort things out for us. for our own good , more like there own good. before we went bankrupt.

Hi Looking for a bit of help. I've had a lot of Problems this pass couple of years. ended up having to go bankrupt, We have a welcome loan, that we paid to be taken of secure, but we got into a few problems and ended up with them rearanging things for us, which didn't realy help but at the time our heads were spinning trying to sort loads of things out.The story is. Welcome are 3rd charge, and we were going to sell the house to clear our feet and sort things out (this was before we went bankrupt). But we did not have enough on the house to pay welcome, we still owe them £22,000 Don't know how it got to that but. They would only have got about £6,000. So we couldn't sell. We have missed a few payments 2 of them through my anger (stuff them I'm not paying) anyway I checked my statements from them, by the time I've payed my charges ect, Their is only £2 coming of my account every month, as it is we are paying £280 per month. So £278 is going to them and £2 to pay my loan. We will never get them paid of at that rate. Can they do this and is their anything I can do? Feel like telling them were to go, as even if they force us to sell they will get nothing anyway. Anyone help,tried our local CAB but with the cuts they are struggling to get someone to look at it.
