My son recently passed his driving test, and I have a Motability car (I am the main driver). Is it allowed under the scheme to insure a 17 year old full license holder as the third named driver? The website seems to give conflicting answers, with RSA saying you need to have held a license for 1 year whereas Motability says it is allowed. Has anyone here went through this, with any idea of the cost aswell? Help is appreciated
