I am currently paying £100 a month to Arc on an Egg loan from 2005 and £50 a month to BO and S for an IF loan from 2002. Arc keep ringing on different mobile numbers and leaving messages on my home phone. I have asked them for an copy of my agreement and they have told me to contact Egg. The IF loan was only given to me if I took out PPI at the time and when I had a heart attack in 2006 they made it almost impossible to claim. Is there anything I can do as i don't need another build up of stress with my medical history!!
