That's right I didn't even know that before but I've been paying Equita since the first week in September last year 2011, £20 a week in a payment plan which Equita have just stuck on charges left right and centre and just tried to take me for a ride so I'm hoping that it goes in my favour and I get a refund which would be lovely for me and my 2 kiddlywinks

Spoke to the council that the PCN's are with and at first they said they haven't got the TE forms from TEC but then I explained the situation and she cane back and said yes they have got them and that her Manager would contact Equita straight away to let them know. Also I have now had the PE forms witnessed and will be scanning them and emaing them today along with sending them recorded delivery in the post Fingers crossed I get some where and thank you for getting back to me With help

Just a quick one, I have range TEC today and all 5 PCN's with equita are on hold ad of today, I usually make payment on a Friday can I not make payment now until I gear back from TEC and should I contact the bailiffs or just presume they will know and not proceed with any further fees or visits

Just an update that TEC have come back to say that the PE forms have to be completed as the contravention was not a parking contravention but in fact a bus lane fine so that is why the PE forms have to be completed. Also I've received today a letter from Debt Recovery Plus Ltd saying that I was issued a ticket from UKPC Ltd on 31st Jan which I can't remember at all and saying it's £150 to pay or call with a reasonable payment proposal. Can I do TE 7 & 9 forms for this kind of PCN and don't have a clue how this letter has turned up at my address. Thank you

I'm completing the PE forms as we speak now and for the PE3 form I have written what I would of put originally on the TE7 form. But on the PE2 form it also asked for a reason as to why I am filing for Statutory Declaration outside the given. Can I put exactly the same reason as I put on the PE3 firm or do I need to put something different? Sorry for sounding like I'm being lazy but just don't want to mess it up and get it all sent back again. Also what telephone number should I call TEC on to check if the other TE forms I have sent have been received? Thank you

My car is a 51 plate peugeot 206 but is not in great condition in regards to the body work and I reckon is worth around £500 due to a start up problem it has. With the PCN they wanted me to complete the PE forms I emailed them to say that the parking contravention happened last year 2011 not before march 31st 2008 so do not see why I have to complete the PE forms but will if I have to and scanned the letter they sent to me and attached it to the email and await there reply. The five separate PCN's that I have re done on all individual TE forms and attached a proof of address for each year I have lived at my property (2009,2010,2011 and 2012) I am going to do recorded delivery but could try to do them by email today by 4pm. The other 2 I sent which are PCN's with Newham council I have not heard anything back from so I'm hoping they are all ok and await to hear back from TEC. The 5 PCN's were all from the same council. I'm going to pop to my county court tomorrow to get the PE forms done but it is so annoying and they are making it really difficult. Getting there though and still awaiting a reply from the councils who I emailed

Just to say that sent the forms off. TEC came back to say I can't use 1 form for 5 different PCN's so had to fill out five forms for TE7 and 5 for the TE9 and faxed them in the end. Today I got a letter saying any PCN's received before 31st match 2008 have to be filled out on PE2 andPE3 forms but I got the PCN just last year but can't remember The date. Emailed TEC and see what they have to say

Just to update you that I received back today the original te9 forms and was asked to re send them along with the te7 forms together with an explanation etc. This Is what I have done already so in the mean time I'm hiding my car away for a bit a pray really. I have sent the TE forms off with evidence together recorded delivery and yesterday I emailed havering council and know will be emailing equita with a brief cover note attached and sending all evidence in the post to havering council. Thank you all so much I need some help ASAP I have received a letter today just now posted by total mail from why're and co saying Take Formal Notice Warning of further legal action It then gives details of the fine and states I owe £506.44 even though I have my £100 payments towards this already) My vehicle had been assigned to out bailiffs for removal This may involve a clamping unit immobilising my vehicle prior to it's seizure for sale at public auction. be advised that such action will involve additional costs of approx £300 This latest will give me one last chance to OAU the liability before such action is taken.... What shall I do? I gave done a te7 and 9 form to send off today recorded but they have got my actual address now so could wake up to a clamped car!!!! Please help me. I have sent them separately will this gave an effect on my chances? There was 5 PCN's which is 2 forms each so I've sent off 10 in total as I sent the other TE form off today with the proof of address evidence That's 10 separate envelopes I've sent off in total

Thank you, I sent the te9 forms off today recorded delivery and I've got proof of me residing at my address for each year I've loved here through a council tax bill, gas bill and dep letters. I will be photocopying them tomorrow and sending the te7 forms with the proof of addresses recorded delivery. I have also drafted my email to havering council and have put together all the letters I have ever revived from equita Inc. 2 breakdowns of fees and will send them in the post after emailing them. All I have to do next is email newham and barking and dag council and forward copies to bailiffs also with covering letters. Getting there but by bit but starting to feel a whe lot better. Thank you so much everyone my mind is finally being put to rest I was in such a state that I wasn't even opening my windows of my house as I was afraid that a bailiff could then gain access and take what little I have. I will print off the TE forms tomorrow and have got hold of the email addresses for the 3 councils I an dealing with and preparing an email as we speak to all of them. My first stop is to read the National Standards for Enforcement Agencies 2012 and then I will start to contact the main 3 councils and try to get hold of the email address for the head of parking and email all 3 of them then write to the bailiffs letting them now my actions and attaching the evidence etc. Thank you so much. Thank you again and I am definitely willing to write whatever amount of letters it takes to sort out this problem. Before when I was Ill I just didn't have the strength to fight but now feeling much better know I need to deal with this. When ever you get the chance Kelcou would be great help for me. I am going to continue to make payment to Equita of £20 plus £1 card fee to them which I do every Friday but any advice or help with letters would be such a Hugh help.

Thank you so much for your help kelcou. Someone mentioned about going back to the council and asking them to take back the fine and deal with them, but not sure how to approach them. I'm up till late most nights with night feeds also but can't thank you enough. I have dealt with whyte and co before over 2 parking ticket and they accepted a payment plan of £10 a week without a problem and I paid it on time every week for the duration but when I contacted them about this new fine and said to contact bailiff direct and he said a levy is to be done before a payment plan can be set up I didn't have a clue and panicked. I am willing to write to them everyday if need be to sort this out but just don't know any laws or rules or fee charges etc and need mega help

I never lived there I have my own place and yes all the letters were and still are being sent to my mum in laws and a couple of visits have been made there in the last few moaths. Equita started writing to my ex mum in laws but then I explained to them the situation and they started to write to my own address though they did still continue to write some letters to my ex mum in laws even though I had told them several times my actual address to write to. The reason I had to deal with the bailiffs and not my ex is because he refused to help me and I was scared of loosing the car being on my own with 2 children so I thought I would try and deal with it and presumed the bailiff companies would accept a payment plan affordable bearing in mind I'm on benefits and was happy to fax proof. Jbw gave me completely unreasonable payment plan and no other option and whyte and cowanted to do a levy on my car which the bailiff agreed to meet me anywhere including outside a police station but at the time was 37 weeks pregnant and was too scared to do that but started paying £10 a week for roughly 9 weeks which the bailiff agreed he would accept but only if he did a levy on my car even after explaining the situation. I kept checking my balance every week and after making a £10 payment every week for 9 weeks my balance shot up by £150 even though I had been trying to pay it off, that was Whyte and co

The car is in my name and under my ex partners mums address. I am still on benefits but coping with my post natal dep without having to be prescribed any drugs. I'm still a single parent also. When I was with my ex I was always at my mum in laws but then we split and I didn't really go round there hardly but he agreed I could keep using the car as I have a 10 week old baby and a 4 year old. But before we split I remember him saying he paid off all the fines as it came to quite a bit. After we split I didn't go round to his parents for a good few months and then when I did the mum started to giv me the letters in my name from the bailiffs ad my ex had moved out and was hardly ever at home so she gave me the letters which when I opened were all bailiff notices Also when I first spoke to equita I gave them my actual home address for future correspondence that's how they came round the other day to drop my a hand delivered letter but jbw and whyte & co are going to my in laws house presuming the car is there and adding up the fees each time and in all honesty I'm petrified to contact the bailiffs

I remember seeing a few further notifications from the council saying that it would be the last time to appeal and that the fine has increased. I mentioned it to him and he said he would deal with it as the car is in my name but his parents address where he lives as he bought me the car. So I would see some correspondence from the council when I popped to his mums house she would giv me his mail. After we split if I popped over to his mums with the kids she would giv me the post as it would be in my name and that's when I noticed all the bailiffs letters as he's now moved out and told his mum to giv me any mail in my name where as before he would open it and sort it. But I'm trying to match up what I received for each PCN but defo didn't receive all council correspondence for all of them. Thanks for replying

Well it was my sisters car and he bought it off her for me to use as I have 2 children and he put the log book in my name as we thought we had to for legal reasons as i woud be the onu driver of the car, but at his address so that he can deal with any correspondence regarding the car
