Hello, no I don’t have the PCN from 2017 I don’t live at the old address since jan 2018 and can’t remember it at all. The letter of claim I will re upload and delete the personal details and then I will add the court claim. I know from a bit of research last night I have to complete my AOS but do not know what to plead or how to deal with my defence at all. Thank you for your help

In my last thread it was Gladstone’s who were dealing with 2 pcn’s but now this is DCB Legal who are dealing with this third pcn that I had no clue about. DCB wrote a Letter of Claim on 4th November and I presumed they were writing about the other 2 pcns as I thought Gladstone’s had sold the debt to new legal company so I ignored it. Attached is the letter I got from DCB Legal on 4th November DCB(legal) PAPLOC.pdf

Hi guys, I’m back as Gladstone’s contacted me by phone and I picked up and said I’m busy call me back later and never did answer . I have now received a court claim form but for 1 pcn that is different to ones I have been fighting. Instead it’s for one at my previous property address which was also private property . It’s like they’ve ignored the 2 I have been fighting and sending letters about and chosen one from 15/01/2017 and decided to take me to court about this one which I don’t even remember about as I only bought the car 02/01/2017.

Hello, I have sent the SAR had no response as of yet. Just wanted to double check the reference I used was the car registration so hoping I got this right and also I put the dates in which I purchased the car and sold the car? Is this correct also? Quote below from letter. "Please note that I require disclosure of any personal data which you hold on the above vehicle for the entire period between the dates 02/01/2017 to 31/05/2019" As soon as I hear anything I will let you know. I sent direct to PCM LTD to address that was on their website.
