If I received an item on Monday, when is the latest I can send a request for a refund under DSR? From what I've read it's 7 working days starting from the day after delivery, so that means I have 'till the end of Wednesday? The UK's Distance Selling Regulations | OUT-LAW.COM by Pinsent Masons LLP oft says Is that how you guys understand it?
