  1. But i did sign off, when iv signed off before by doing the same thing (handing in my booklet to the front desk) the date on the P45 and the letter from the job centre always says the date i put in my booklet. That didnt happen this time Anyways, i'm going to the job centre tomorrow, i'll see what they say, and see if i can do my rapid reclaim while i'm there
  2. Hello, little help please. I had a sick period of no more than 2 days and missed a signing on day in March, and was sick in May for about 3 days and missed my sign on date. I know you're aloud 2 periods of sick during a year (or something like that) and if you are sick again and miss your sign on date that you have to sign off and make a new claim. I wasnt well on the day i was meant to sign on which was 19th July, and this being the 3rd time being sick i went into the job centre the following day (20th) and signed off, I told the lady at the front desk that it was my 3rd period of sickness and she told me i would be paid up until the date i put in my sign in card/booklet thing which i put as the date i was meant to sign on (the 19th). On Friday 29th i got my P45 in the post saying my leave date was the 5th july (the last time i signed on properly). I then got a letter in the post today saying they can not pay me JSA as "I did not attend to sign my declaration" Now, i was told i was to be paid up until the 19th july, is this actually the case? or will i get no money from 6-19th July
  3. Thanks for that, it has been repaired free via samsung who sent out BSS (bss-online.co.uk) its been picked up by them on 3 seperate ocassions, it started going wrong a week or so before the 12 month warranty was up, what im thinking is that after so many faults, the 1 descibed above being the 4th, (and another which went away after turning my tele off then back on, thankfully) has got to mean that there was something wrong with the tele when i bought it :/
  4. just got this reply from BTShop "In order for us to accept the liability for the TV, I would need to ask that you first have the item looked at by an independent engineer under the Reverse Burden of Proof to prove that the fault you claim with the item is a genuine fault, not caused by fair wear and tear or misuse. You can call Samsung on 0845 726 7864 for their advice on a suitable repair centre for a test of the item. Once you have the evidence, please contact me again and we can look at either repair or partial refund of the TV. " So, i will have to pay to get someone out and check the tele?! and i thought i would be entitled to a full refund rather than just a partial one, if a refund would be issued to me? (BTW BTShop dont know about the repairs as i dint say so in the emails)
  5. Hello, iam in the process of using the SOGA for all the troubles iv had with my tele, but i have a question, iv had the tele for just over 2 years, in that time iv had my tele picked up for repair on 3 seperate ocassions, the company used was the 1 Samsung provided (BSS), now, will the fact that my tele has been sent off for repair hinder me using the SOGA? Thanks
  6. How do Basically, i signed off of JSA 13 weeks or so ago, if i was to go and phone them up and make another claim would it be a rapid reclaim or an all new claim? ty muchly
  7. The tele came with a 12 month guarantee, and each repair came with a 3 month guarantee Got to agree about a tele last longer than just 2 years, i saved long and hard for this tele, Will send an email via their "MySamsung" section on their site, they're normally pretty helpful, will mention The Sales Of Good Act in the email, if they say they cant do anything i'll keep at them and probably send a letter off to them if that might help?
  8. Ok then, little long is this lol... I bought myself a lovely Samsung Le40m87bdx just over 2 years ago (17.04.08 ) tele was fine until for 11 months, then the tele started to do some extreme ghosting/dragging, after going through Samsung the tele was picked up and taken away to be fixed, the tele then comes back to me fixed ... But then a month later the same thing happened again! so i got intouch with Samsung and was told to get back intouch with the company that had fixed it (these are Samsung approved and was Samsung that sent them out) so i get intouch with them and they take it away again, week or so later my tele is back with me and all is fine ... Then 1 month later my tele get 1 seriously messed up fault, i get intouch with samsung, who tell me to get intouch with the comapny and this goes on for a week or so, i then get told to take a pic and send a video of the fault to the company that fixed my tele ( vid for those thatwant to see), i do so and get told a week later after phoning them up to see whats happening, that they never received the email which was a lie as i had asked them to respond to the email if they received the attatchments, and they did!... Anyway after a loong (5/6 weeks) wait they finally come and pick my tele up and take it off to get fixed, they fix it then bring it back and all was good, this last repair was sept last year.. This last week my tele has gotten yet ANOTHER fault, when the camera moves, in say a football match, an action film or something, you see a faint black line about an inch across going from the top of the screen to the bottom, this is half way across the screen, this isnt screenb urn as theres nothing ever static in that position So then, after all the trouble with this tele, 4 faults now in just over a year, where (if anywhere) do i stand with this
  9. Thanks Nah, no Soundlab gear, just like the name haha, i use 1 pioneer CDJ100, 1 Vestax CDX05 and 2 Numark tt100 Turntables
  10. Thanks a lot i have now fixed the mixer, did everything i could think of, except doing a factory reset, which bloody well did the trick lol
  11. Ok, i bought a dJ mixer 11 months ago Behringer DDM4000 Mixer Today this mixer has come up with a fault, and i will have to send this back to them, unless it fixes itself while it is currently unplugged, but who pays the postage? their customer service page customer services says that is me who is to pay the postage, is that right? Thanks a lot
