I had a loan with this company and re-paid in full on the required date. I re-applied to be told I was declined a new loan, fine so I left alone. Subsequently I went on Holiday for a fortnight. I have come back to find I had been approved even though I did not re-apply, and they had deposited the funds. There is a cancellation policy of 14 days, but coming back to work I am beyond the 14 days. The point is they deposited the funds and payment is required mid month, and I do not get paid til the end of the month. They know this cos of the date I repaid the original loan Looks like they want me to fail on re-payment and so charges can be applied? I have not used their money and did write to them with no reply, the payment is due quite soon Any help?????
