hello i am new on this forum and wanted to ask how do i get a copy of my so called agreement from the bank for my credit card

Hello i have a credit card debt of £6000 with barclaycard at present but it was not originally with barclaycard i took it out with goldfish in 2003 and it was with lloyds tsb then, then it was transferred to goldfish bank and now it is with barclaycard but i have never had an agreement with barclaycard ever can i get this debt written off and what is the procedure can anyone help me
