Hello there New on here and looking to see if there is a way to help a young lady find a way out of a real mess. Briefly she was sold a sporty cabriolet by Arnold Clark on finance, with lots of bells added on, at a time when she was on sick leave due to depression. This is still her situation but she is now pregnant and is now even less able to afford the car payments. They took her old car as a trade in. Can this be right that HP can be arranged for someone so vulnerable and is there any way that it might be shown that Arnold Clark were irresponsible in their actions, thereby allowing her to find a way out.
