Hi zoommjpzoom, I had a very similar experience with CPW in 2006. My issue was with vodafone not O2 though. I went to Otelo who are the telecommunications ombudsman. They were really helpful and took my case on. They found in my favour and CPW had to comply with their findings. From memory all i had to do was formally complain to CPW using the method detailed in the terms of the contract and give them the quoted period to rectify the problem. Once they had failed, Otelo took over and made them comply with my requests. Hope that helps a bit
