Hi can someone please help me, I have recently recieved a letter from AIC stating that they are informing me of a final notice of intent. they say I have never responded to any of their previous letters or telephone calls! however this is the first I have heard of them. I am already in a dmp and pay it every week, they say they are going to take me to court. any help or advice wud be great.
