Hi, Probably a small issue, I wrote to Harpers at my local gym's address as instructed in their t&cs to cancel my membership and then cancelled my DD. I have no minimum term on my membership but must give 30 days written notice. I received a letter this morning date 10/06 saying my deposit is unpaid and i owe them £31.50. I called them to let them know I sent my cancellation request a month ago and they claim this was never received. I didn't send my cancellation request recorded. Do I have a leg to stand on? Thanks!
