hope this is in the right place. on Friday took car in for a service as we where walking through the show room the wife slipped and badly sprained her ankle, she slipped on surface water there was nt any signs or warnings of slippery surfaces, members of staff seen the accident and after a couple of minutes came over to see if she was all right , he explained that they had contractors in who where a bit lackadaisical he took her details and we left, the hospital said its just badly sprained, can she put a claim in for her injuries due to there neglect

I think its a commission sheet but its barely legible,top of page is vehicle price with add gardx to crash price low down the page it lists the insurances ppi mechanical breakdown shortfall each has figures next to them, so should not gardx have its own box with these as its a seperate product. As adding guardx to the cash price greatly increases his commission. say agent gets 10% true cost of vehicle 11,000/ salesman receives 1,100 gardx 300 30 1,130 vehicle+ gardx 14,000/ salesman receives 1,400 surely he cant inflate his commission by doing this.

in my origanl post jacobs and notice of seizure I have out lined events which took place, I now want to complain in my own right as an innocent third party who`s vehicle has had an illegal notice of seizure on it,do I tell the full story from the bailiffs visit to my daughters property or just that my car was parked at a property they slapped a ticket on it and now refuse to remove it if though they where informed that it was not owned by the property owner they visited

maybe I should consider sueing the council for the needless stress and aggrevation they have caused me, through the actions of jacobs their lazy incompetent retarded muppets,

the debtor can complain and have the illegal charges refunded or wiped off, but what recourse does the innocent third party who owns the car have?

they have a statement (jacobs & council) from my daughter stating she is not the owner jacobs verbal reply was we are not removing anything I`ve ask that they put that in writing and the reasons why they will not remove charges from a third party`s car

he didnt see her driving the car the she was emptying the boot, he was informed she was not the owner, that should have been reason enough to do a dvla check,I was also under the impression that bailiffs could not levy on goods they could not take, or that they should not take goods way above the level of the debt, debt £300.00 car value about 8k

I went to jacobs, mrs went to council to hand deliver letters, letter of complaint and the daughters situation plus a copy of the goverment ombudsmans report posted above. council have said the bailiffs CAN levy on any car my daughter is in and will only do a dvla prior to taking the car.

just been to jacobs to hand deliver letters of complaint about notice of seizure on my car and the levies charged,they point blank refused to remove anything saying the levy must stay and the are entitled to do this, any advice on the next step
