help please! normal story,uk pao and maplins car park,leeds. got a ticket for leaving the car park! lots of letters and increasing charges,we are now ready to see them in court! not their summons-mine!!! cant say a lot in case they learn to much. i need some background to fill out my case. how many car parks do the manage? they claim to operate nationally. how many times (hopefully with dates and court)have they been to court. we will give full details in september-wink wink! thanks to the forum,before this fine (sorry) fee (sorry) invoice thats ok! i have learnt so much, add a little internet time and bingo,its easy.:Dhttp://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif

I am a new member to this forum, but our story is the same ie UK PAO issued a parking charge on Maplins site at Leeds in January 2010. We are seeking help from forum members to (a) identify names of all UK PAO administrated car parks throughout the country and (b) Need exact details of any court cases UK PAO have brought to court. Watch our blog with interest as hopefully I'll have something very interesting to disclose later in the year (about September).
