  10. Hi Guys Well I have finally been sent a claim form N1SDT Would I be best to send a letter copying http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?473809-Lowell-Lowells-Solicitors-Claimform-old-Orange-mobile-debt/page6 post 108 or do I need to go online and post this up,,,I have not requested any CPR from them , In fact I have had no contact with lowells at all
  11. Also do I need to CRA or SAR EE , to find out when they defaulted /and what charges. or wait till the DCA comes back to me...
  12. Hi Thanks What do find strange is reading lowells letter about EE having sold the debt , in the guff they have written , it says EE Limited has registered details of an unpaid balance on your credit file in the form of a default...but they have not...I checked all credit file agencies
  13. Any idea where I go from here...do I wait for lowells and then apply what this poster has done http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?473809-Lowell-Lowells-Solicitors-Claimform-old-Orange-mobile-debt/page3
  14. Hi , before I make the call. just want to enquire, will EE place a default on my file as I have got in touch with them?
  15. Ok will give them a ring....willl they inform lowells of the call...?
  16. So what is the best way forward...ignore them...and wait to see if they issue a CCJ claim ...once issued will that appear on my Credit File ?, and thanks again
  17. But can they take this court... even if I just ignore it...I assumed the account had to be showing on your credit file...for them to take control of it and default it
  18. What if EE cannot give me that info ...and can lowells still chase me ..?, even though they said they will check my credit file in one of the letters they sent the one before they decided they said will take legal action...
