Hi Dj1971, Well still no more from ICO office, have tried ringing them only to get cut off. Wondered if its possible to just go a head with the claim on both agreements and would it be possible to work out a figure to claim for. I would be most gratefull for the help.

Gaztough mine goes back to 1998 when i got my first car loan.

You are lucky if you managed to get all your SAR back from Welcome. im still waiting for my agreements which they didnt send.Have now got ICO involved but still waiting for them to move them too.

Hi Scoffa, im still waiting for paperwork that was missing from my SAR, have sent letters with no replies back yet.I have gone to the ICO and they are dealing with it at present.I have no out standing accounts with Welcome they were finished sometime ago, but im trying to get back ppi etc too.

Have had forms from ICO sending them back tomorrow.

Hi Dx, have been in touch with ico and they have told me im entitled to copies of agreements. They are sending me a claim form through, and told me to send copies of letters i have sent to them.

Hi DX, Thats my bit of scribble on bottom of 16. It was the scrap value from my insurers after car was writ off.That was paid straight to Welcome and i refused to pay anymore to them after that. Account was closed by them then.

Hi Dx, No ive not got my copies as i have moved several times since they were took out. Things get lost or chucked out.

Hi, I want to claim back insurances, fee s and interest which amounts as far as i can see to quite abit.I dont see why they should get away with anything.Im not sure how to go about this though.

Hi dj, thanks for having a look. the car loan is dated 11th july and i also sent letter to Welcome same day by recorded delivery because they had not sent copies of agreements just the payments you see here.The loan was seperate to the car and as you can see it was refinanced because i was off a long time from work so had payments reduced.Both car and loan are finished nothing out standing at all to Welcome.I still have not had anything back from Welcome re agreements. Not happy with statements as it shows insurence premiums but Direct say it was only mecanical breakdown and also broker paid £2,065.00 which was added on to be paid by me.What i can remember of agreement for car it was a Welcome agreement form.

Hi, can anyone help me please. Did the subject access sent that off but copies of the agreements were missing.Have sent two more letters pointing this out to them but no reply. I gave them 10days for answer which was up the 22nd july.last letter i sent was Letter before action which Postggj gave me.
