Right here we go. On the 16th June 2010 I received a letter prepare for an 'Interview under caution'. My rights have been set out. And they have stated that I will only be notified of their findings at interview. To add to all this my agent has moved premises and no longer wants to get involved. I have been given notice by my mother to move in July.

They said something about a second interview being taped ...but nothing else. The guy had all the info but was trying to make sure I tripped up. Not sure if they will go to court either. Does this mean that I cant claim Housing Benefit anywhere else. No doubt they wont pay me for this property ...so will haveto eave before the rent arrears get too high. Please advise

I had an interview with RSM TENON.....I applied for Housing Benefit with a local Authority. I hadnt put down that my Mother was th landlord and had a tenancy agreement between an agency and me. No decision as yet to my housing benefit award. So I havent actually received any money as rent. When I finally revealed tht my mother owned the flat they cautioned me. Dont know what to do....Has a crime even been committed since no payment was received. Is this very serious. I still have aliabilty for rent as there is a mortgage my mother has to pay. She doesnt live with me. I feel that I may have to move . Really worried .Can anyone help or advise
