For what its worth its not a [problem], honest, I have 7 days to reply, or else (Claims form dated 14th May, post marked 21st, cutting it fine its the 28th!!).... might take me that long to discover how to add the scanned ( resized) copy of CC claim form.... here goes....SCC Claim Form.pdf..... What do I do next???

Well actually I wrote to the debt collectors stating I had sort advice and that any further contact from them would be deemed as harrasment. Well this week I received a Southampton county court claim Form!! £10 ticket is now a £230.00 claim!! DO I STILL IGNORE???

Hello, Ive followed advice posted on these pages regarding Parkforce parking tickets!!! Ignore, Ignore, make paper airoplanes etc. WELL! I now have a County Court letter requesting payment of £230. Do I still ignore??? Anyone else had same?? PLLEeeease help.....
