Hi Have gone through the two years. Tried to cancel before the two years were up and now that we are in the third year have still been unable to cancel. The reason why they won't allow me to cancel is that it is a non transferrable agreement.

Hi Joined the Body Fit Centre in High Wycombe in 2008. Paid a 2 year membership of the centre. The gym membership is administered by Lyle Hill Membership Management. The Finance is organised by Fitness Finance. I have now come to the end of the 2 year membership and have told the both Lyle Hill and Fitness Finance that I want to cancel because of illness. However they have told me that I can't cancel - anyone know if this is legal?

Hi Dotty I am in the same situation as you only they have contacted my friend who made a payment for me when I was made redundant. They have also contacted previous employers. Where do you find the template letters to use? Thanks
