Thanks everyone, you've all been so helpful and kept me calm when i probably would of been in a right panic

Sorry guys have been out of the house all day, just returned home. I sent this number a text saying i had phoned my 2 nearest county courts, had called his office, and that i had checked the registry for any ccjs all of which returned nothing. Surprise surprise I have had no phonecalls, no reply to the text and no visit from any bailiffs, well there wasnt a card though my door so i assume i havent. guess this guy was just trying any angle to get it. No need to do a n245, as there isnt a ccj entered against me with this company.

I just automatically assumed this was lowell as i defaulted on the ccj. i rang the office number this person has given me and its moorcroft, but i only have 1 ccj with lowell NOT moorcroft. They've never said how much im supposed to owe them just that i have to pay in full.

This isnt even lowell as i first thought, its Moorcroft, or at least the office number this person gave me was

And ive just checked my equifax online, nothing except one ccj which im already paying

the number is 07767307692, ive called it and got no answer but called the office and its not even lowell, its moorcroft!!! Ive called 2 courts and the registry to see about any outstanding ccjs, NOTHING!!!

I just phoned the office of this person and they havent even got me down as owing them anything. and the court had no idea what i was talking about either

who do i report them to? He's already text this morning saying he will have all correspondence for me later today and that if i dont want them to come to my house i have to pay in full today

Ok, I will. This is all so stressful. I'll be up at 5:30am as they said they'd be here between 6am and 6pm

The CCJ was issued in November 2011, I have all the paperwork, the claim was made on the 21st of October 2011 and the judgement was made one month later. I dont even know where this February court date was supposed to of happened because I received no notification of it at all. So basically this idiot is talking out of his backside?

No the 16th, tomorrow. am I right in saying that they are supposed to give me at least 7 days notice, and would i not of been notified of this apparent court date in february?

Ok recieved another text msg claiming that I will be issued the warrant tomorrow when they turn up. The text reads as follows: You will be issued the warrant 16-5-12. your account with me went to court 21-2-12, i will have copies for you to sign as your goods are listed for removal.

No worries at all, everybody knows different bits and pieces. I shall be at the post office first thing tomorrow morning, thank you everyone for all your help. and if i have 3 big bailiffs standing on my door tomorrow i'll be surprised. the more i read of Lowell the more i doubt their credibility

i would hand deliver the paperwork but the court is a 2 hour train journey away and i dont drive

the original debt was littlewoods catalogue, wasnt for tax or council tax
