just got off the phone from a debt recovery firm called buchananclark+wells i had a barclaycard in 2005 the first and last time il get a credit card my limit was £260 which i spent, i was a bit nieve and thought the payments would come straight out of my barclays account, then i got a phonecall from barclaycard saying i had missed the payments which i explained my mistake and went on to pay 8 or 9 payments totalling £350 or £450 and now they are trying to get £639.37 from me which i cant afford to pay and they are ringing me every other day! if anybody could give me any advice it would be much appreciated!! i dont have the statements and dont know if i will be able to find them as ive been out of the country since then!!! :-x:-x
