Hi I live in rented housing, and the housing company has 'Valley Enforcment' to patrol our car park. I am paying a fee each month for the right to use the car park, last night I came home at around 9:30 -10pm to find that a blind person had parked in my space (even though 'private space' was advertised) Had a look around, no lights on in the other proporties so I presumed no was up or in. Anyway I had to park my car so I used a visitor space, only to wake up the next day to find my space had been cleared and a parking ticket on my car! The excuse on the ticket states "Not in allocated bay" Obviously I cant do anything over the weekend but would I be able to get some advice from the other forum users about this? As I am sure this is just hogwash. Regards.
