what 7 day notice? all i got was a new medical as they claimed it was client miss match :s rather than me note taking

thansk i already am on there and there is about30 different ppl so could be anyone :S atm I'm living off crisis loans HB, they wont pay me till i've had my medical assessment :S

quick question, how do i find out if a nurse is registered etc?

hiya, I still have my notes and i wrote down her full name I will be doing a check on the so called nurse too. I also posted about this in my forum over at Ripped off by Gov.Org.UK and I will be telling the radio 4 bloke about this when he contacts me for a chat

Ok so today I go for my dwp assessment ran by atoss. I get introduced by a nurse then I start writing down her full name... then the issue starts... about taking notes... She said that she didn't like my attitude and I ask for what? taking notes? and she said that she could terminate this interview at any time, I told her that it was her perogative love.. she said snapply dont call me love... After asking 2-3 questions she says she's still not happy with my note taking and goes to seek advice from higher ups. I can hear her in the next room making the phone call and she said stuff like This client knows how atos works and is taking notes etc... So then she terminates the session and they class the termination as a client mismatch! As usual I get the u dont need to take notes speech etc, I was on my own at the time too so next time I'll be taking a witness Also I'm going to speak with CAB later this week. I haven't been paid since may and have been living off crisis loans, again today i need a new 1. Also sorry for not being around much, my health has been bad the last week or so, last week I had a suspected heart attack/blood clot on the lung :s But alas nothing was found, which is good news i guess. Still waiting on my results of my Echo and 24 hour ecg. More news soon™

fit notes are a joke and should never have been implemented the way it was. ESA is also a joke too, people who need support to get back into work don't get the support and just end up dumped on JSA just so the government can look good with its stats :S Honestly they really need to fix the welfare system and the way everything the government does tbh, bureaucracy has screwed up the way the system works so much and the red tape there is like a net to make sure that u have to fight your way through a jungle of it just to get anywhere :S

dude the doc is there to serve u. just keep getting sicknotes and if need be just ask for a 2 month sicknote

just tell them that u have an appeal in and they should pay u anyways

have you appealed the medical? if so then they will claim overpayment from the day u failed the medical, but if you have appealed they will pay you the assessment rate untill you have seen a tribuneral

dont worry mate I havent been paid in 4 weeks of my new claim for esa. All you have to do is keep phoning them and badgering about this till they pay u

u might as well get dla mate, and just relax if they tell u ur not entilted to it just ignore them and appeal the atoss farce

hiya Rae, my dad has depression and other mental illnesses since my mum and dad got divorsed and my mum has always been suffering with depression since the year dot :S copd is just the latest thing to affect them :S Both my parents try to stay active and have both given up smoking (mostly) although they do sometimes have a smoke, esp when they are stressed or worried about something/someone. My dad's knees are worse than his copd and he is starting to have problems with his legs which he thinks is related to his diabeaties which is most probable, he'll prob end up loosing his leg(s) at some point in time if he aint dead from anything else first. COPD can affect anyone hell for all I know I'll prob get it when I get a bit older, it prob runs in the family as well knowing my luck :s Off to bed now but I'll be back later today, I have even added some more pages to the website take care Rae and everyone take care too!

Both of my parents have COPD, both my parents have severe depression, my dad is mentally ill too also he has diabeaties and knackard knees (1 has the cartlidge removed and the other 1 needs doing but he wont have it done cause its too painful), he also has blood pressure issues too... Things dont bode well for me then :s seems I'm getting everything my parents are getting :S atm my heart is under investigation (i get the results of my ECG on tuesday), so is my blood and blood pressure, all was checked last week, so as well as my back issues I'm suffering with depression (I guess it must run in the family :S) and I had to fill in my ESA50 today and I sent it back that way hopefully I can get some sort of payment out of the DWP soon or else I'm gonna starve or loose my flat most likely :S

ahh Rae u too have fallen foul of the ESA DM's eh? I'm gonna start a new thread about my esa so I wont hijack ur thread. good luck hun, hopefully they will see sense and it will get them to do the job properly.

hiya fitzwilliam hows things? glad to see that things are starting to go your way with the DWP. Have you seen the new website I have made to highlight problems with the DWP and ATOSh. If you would like to I could host your report/bunch of complaints on my website as further proof of failings within the DWP, you would of course have to remove people's names (using subsitutes) and making sure there is no personal information on the letters/report just pm me if your interested now or in the future after all is said and done. want a laugh? I got a letter about my JSA as i never went for a silly appointment with some place that does CV's and the thing is which is really funny, I told the person who made the appointment that i was going back on to ESA and she said dont worry about the appointment and that if i went back on to esa dont go to the appointment. Now they sent me a letter saying i failed to attend an appointment and another letter saying that they will let me know whey they make a decision and that my jsa wont be affected till then lol... I'm on ESA not jsa... left hand isn't knowing what the right hand is doing me thinks! Dont worry about it and just tell them what happened and that taking a job for less that 16 hours a week would still leave you on JSA anyways
